Hi Val-pal!!
It was so great to hear from you! I've been ill with a mysterious malady, to the point that I had to let everything go. A bit scary, but then my little sister started getting symptoms and I worried it was contagious. Turned out it was genetic. We both have a way to go before things are 'back to normal" as possible, but it sure does help to know there is a treatable cause.
I'm going to start posting in a small way again, hopefully I can keep it up as I miss keeping in touch with you all.
