He did have two, but he got into a duel with a cat over a saucer of milk... he got the milk, the cat got the stick.

Anonymous, and jigging's what he'll do... then he'll drink all your beer and swipe your spoons.

Aynaku, thank you! I'm in a "little people mood.

Cream, full of mischief!

Merisi... usually I get in the mood for a holiday a day late... this time I started early! I'm just keeping you guys jigging on your toes. He might bite!!

Hope you had a good St Patty's day.
He is so cute. I need a brownie.
But can I have a glass of wine with mine.

He's darling - I especially love the painting. What a great idea - adopting out excess sketches! :-)

Carla, I remember my grandmother saying if I saw one not to try to pick 'em as they were known to bite. She said the same thing about baby mice and turtles... I have a wee little turtle scar to this day.
You know, it's true what they say about them not letting go.

Toni, of course you may have a glass of wine with your brownie...
what does one drink with brownies, red or white?

Tara... Thanks again for the St. Patricks card!♪♪♪♪♪

Thanks for the link. I came back to your blog for a second look because the first was so much fun. The only thing I like almost as much as history is fantasy. I love the textures in this painting. This work and subject makes me think of Brian Froud and Arthur Rackham.

Of course I am Simon:)))

Ah...Val, a true lady ye are!

Steve, You are welcome and so were your comments. Thanks!
